Workshop places and vouchers:
Workshop tickets and vouchers are non-refundable and non-transferable. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Products that have been personalised cannot be refunded or exchanged.
If for any reason the item you have ordered is not right for you, please tell us within 14 days of receiving your goods. You must return the items to us within a further 14 days, unused and in perfect, unopened and undamaged resalable condition. Please note, if we do not receive the returned item within 30 days of the order date, we will not be able to issue a refund, and may only be able to offer store credit. It is your responsibility to make sure the item is return securely and in time.
Postage costs for returns will have to be paid for by you.
To arrange a return, please contact us by email with your order reference number and let us know what the problem is and how you would like it resolved (for example, a refund or a replacement). Once you have confirmation by reply, please post back your order to the address you will be given in our correspondence. Please do not return an item without letting us know in advance. Returned items must be unused, in the same condition that we sent it to you, and in their original packaging.
Your refund will be credited in the same manner and to the same amount used to make the purchase, minus the cost of the initial postage fee.
When returning an item to us, the item is your responsibility until it reaches us. There is no need to send it by trackable post but please get a proof of postage receipt from your post office.
Our returns policy on Collect From Store items begins from the day you place your order and our automatic order confirmation email is sent.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO PROCESS?
We process a refund or exchange within 14 days of receipt of your returned item. At this point we will e-mail you confirmation of a refund, or send you your replacement. Please therefore do not contact us until 14 days have passed since we received your return. Please be assured that we will endeavour to process refunds and exchanges as quickly as possible.
WHAT IF MY ORDER IS FAULTY OR PART OF IT IS MISSING?
If the item you received is not what you originally ordered, or is faulty in any way, please contact us within 14 days of order giving us your name, address and your order number, and lets us know if you require a refund or a replacement.
If you have found that item you have received are faulty, you have up to 6 months to contact us for a repair/replacement. You must be able to prove that the item you have received has not become damaged through wear and tear.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on our website. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be completely accurate.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER BEFORE IT IS SENT?
Under the United Kingdom’s Consumer Contracts Regulations you have the right to cancel your order before the point it has been dispatched and obtain a full refund. Please log into your account and if the order status is still processing it may be possible to cancel your order before it is dispatched. All order cancellations must be sent to us via e-mail quoting your name, order number and full address.
